Title: Proposal to introduce new methods of view files and folders
Post by: Forgisound on May 12, 2011, 08:02:45 am
Dear Sirs,
I have an idea for viewing files in Media Center. Specifically, I have my audio files edited on the hard disk. Additional editing playlists is my extra work.
Responded to me when you in the View tab offered the option to view folders and files as they are maintained on hard disks, as in windows explorer. This option exists in Foobar2000 and I would fit in the Media Center.
Best Regards,
Ivan

Thanks, but this option work with one partition only. I can add more partition, but I can view first only.

You should be able to add any path visible to your OS and sort the files in any manner you choose.

Maybe, but it is not the case. I select 3 partitions, but only the first to upload files and folders.
It would be a good option to display folders and files, in the form in which they are stored on disk, is available in the View tab, without requiring the user to adjust a lot. It is a fundamental feature which should be available to less experienced users.
