What's the name of the license you are trying to restore? For example, MediaJukeBox7.rrg.
If it is a Registration Code, go the Restore Page and enter it there, using IE not Netscape.
Why do you think it is not restored?
Did you try the FAQ?

Thanks Jim for a quick response.
<If it is a Registration Code, go the Restore Page and enter it there, using IE not Netscape.>> Well hummm - May not have been entering it right. Will check this out and let you know.
<> Yep.
<> No access to Plus Features of MJ

Well Jim - Still no luck restoring the license. Wha else can I try?
-
Can you reply in more detail to what I said above?
-
JimH - I'm sorry but MJ is just too hard to set up and run, so I will not be using it. I've sunk ~$50 into your music programs; and have nothing to show for it other than battle scars. I want to listen to my music without all of these problems.
Best of Luck - Adios - sg2.

Sg2,
You can email me at jimh @ jriver.com if you want to try again.
