Title: Error in download encoders

I changed to the last build of MC, and I can't convert to mp3, when I try to download the encoder, it get me an error. Also sinde I remember, always I have to download some encoders, I wondering why all the encoders won't become in the installer? Because if you don't have an internet connection, how do you convert files to mp3?

MC will download the encoder automatically the first time you try to use it.

But instead it said "Error", also I don't always have an internet connection. So if there's a way to download this manually from other computer, I want to know.
