Title: Feature Request: Zoom at the Position Slider

I'd like to be able to use some kind of zooming at the Position Slider. Sometimes we want to jump to an exactly point at the audio file and it is a hard thing to achive.

It not clear what you mean. If a typical single-track audio file, it's already fairly easy to drag the slider to within 1 second.

I've wanted something like this too.  It isn't much use on short tracks, but once you get recordings that are 2 hours or longer, dragging to a particular location is a little touchy on high resolution monitors.

Imagine that the position slider/indicator bar zooms as you're dragging, but only zooms in the area of the drag.  Sort of the way the Mac's doc zooms on mouse hover.
