Title: MC remote not working on new HTPC

Hi,
Windows 7 PC
MC15
Trust - Thinity wireless entertainment keyboard with integrated touchpad connect via USB
remote Windows media center delivered with the HTPC but I want to use the MC remote.
MC remote?? not working = continuos red light
I tried all your hints as suggested in the setup instructions of the MC remote.
can you help?

If the red light that's on is the transceiver (small box), that's not right.  Another driver could be the cause?  

Light from other sources can sometimes do that.  Even a mirror opposite the TV.
