Is there a way to delete duplicate music files without going through and doing it one by one?

Thanks for the link.
The link seems to be focused more on situations where you might have more than one album with the same song on them and searching out those. My problem is that somehow iTunes made multiple copies of the same song on the same album, so there might be three or four copies of track 1, followed by the same number of track two and so on. I just want to get rid of these so that each album only has one copy of each song... Has anyone else had this problem with iTunes?
