Title: MC16 hangs when deleting file

I tried to delete a movie file - MC shows the message update database - for minutes. Reason may be that this file is open in another program. In my case the file refers to itunes folder while Itunes is open.
Anyway, I think it would be good if MC would show an error message and get back control again instead of hanging.

Is there anybody interested in reporting errors occurred during playing around with MC16?

If it's open in another program, it's not surprising.

I agree, but don't you want to prevent hangs or crashes of MC16?
