Title: Browse images by folder

Can anyone help me with the setup - both in non theatre and theatre mode - for browsing my images by folder instead of date. Thanks in advance!

Try Explorer under Devices and Drives.

Or, make yourself a new View that includes Filename (path) as a column.  Include other columns that suit your needs.
