I use the Segoe UI 8pt font in MC on a 1900x1200 monitor, and this is a perfect size for me for tree and list views.
But when editing expressions in a dialog or text edit field, it is a challenge to distinguish, count, or position the cursor in between a series of brackets, parens and commas. Often I have to copy/paste into some text editor program.
Is there, or could there be, any way to have larger text edit areas in such places?
Edit: it would be great if text edit areas could independently use a monospace type font.
