Title: Can't re-import CUE files
Post by: sdykes on June 10, 2011, 06:43:35 pm
I have lots of big FLAC, APE, WAV files, etc.  Instead of splitting, I just import the bit file with a cue sheet; this results in two files for a particular album/folder.

Then I "delete" the above big files so I won't see a duplicate (any other reasonable way to hide those files? I don't understand the "rules" stuff?).

But then I sometimes delete the album for whatever reason.  When I re-import the album, I uncheck the box that says to ignore previously deleted files, so I'll get both large file and CUE sheet imported again.  But only the big file is imported, and not the CUE file.  I can only see the whole big file in the library, which is no good. How can I re-import the CUE file, and what happened to the previous CUE file - I didn't really delete it, but only the whole album.  And in neither case did I wipe it from disk, only delete it from the library.

This and other problems are giving me fits with large files and CUE files!!

Same issue here.

EDIT: thought I fixed it, seems not.

The problem is that there's still a somewhat hidden CUE entry in the library.

Either drag-n-drop to reimport or erase the CUE entry.

To see CUE entries, create this smartlist: [File Type]=[cue] ~d=a
