Title: I can't get rid of the two second gap when burning.

When I go to "settings", I see the checkbox for the two second gap, but it's disabled and I can't check it off. Earlier version of MJ worked fine for me before. I'm using the newest version, and running on Windows XP. My CD-R is Sony CRX175E. Help please.

On the same page, try disabling "generic".

the checkbox for "generic" is disabled as well.

Check our FAQ (under Help here) about ASPI.  If you install it, you will be able to disable "generic".  It's the only way.
