"Duke Nukem Forever" Comes Out Tomorrow, June 14th 2011

I Heard It Was Just "Ok" In a review however.

I guess this means I can't use the joke that "our goal is to finish version [insert version here] of Media Center before Duke Nukem Forever is released" any longer.  I got a good ten years out of it.

As for the game, the reviews are bleak.  I guess some things are better as a dream than a reality.

Ben's review at Ars was particularly damning.

Too bad.  I enjoyed Duke 3D way back in the day.  Of course, I was a different person back then, so who knows... But I don't think I'll be picking this one up, even when it goes on super-sale on Steam.

Interestingly the review at the register was quite damning, but the commenter's who'd bought it thought it was actually not to bad.
Apparently a lot of the reviews are for the 360 version which apparently is really bad, where as the PC version isn't so bad...

I don't play computer games however so who knows!  :)

I Did Buy It And Played It For 5 Mins, But Have Been Playing Wolfenstein, I Am Almost Done With It, Maybe Tomorrow If They Don't Keep Killing Me.
