I just bought media Jukebox. I really like the program
and have been happily using the eval version.
I just downloaded version 8, bought my key, and installed
it.
After running the program for 3-5 minutes or so it crashes
into multi colors and says it has detected an attempt to
circumvent its security system. It just doesn't work now.
What gives? How do I fix this?

What version?
-
I have just tried un-installing and re-installing,
it does not fix the problem....
-
Problem is with version 8.0.289.... I just downloaded it a few hours ago....

Hmm... Our logs say you had a crack for the program.
-
I guess I don't understand what you are saying.
What is a "crack?"
Version 7.2 was working fine on this
machine for the last month. A friend had
installed it because he recommend it. The only software
that has been installed has been a new version of
Norton Anti-Vrus.
I was having some problems with different people using your stuff
on this machine under different accounts so I thought
the new version would fix it. Since I was
downloading the new version I wanted to buy it since
I liked it and was going to keep using it.
I am dissappointed
that I am having such a strange problems.
I would like to be a supporter, but am at a loss since
I can't get the program to work.

Dean,
I hope you're not enrolled in acting school.

Jim,
I hope you are not enrolled in trying to run a
successful business.
Generally when a customer pays you money and
the product does not work you offer to help
rather than insulting them.
Since I have paid for the software and it
does not work and I can't get any support
to make it work, I will have ask for a refund.
You have my credit card information. Please
cancel out my purchase of your software.

Dean,
The reason it isn't working is that you have a crack on your machine. Please email music @ jriver.com for more info.
