The night I ordered the Media Jukebox 7 media player about a week ago, it just so happened that my computer got a virus and the whole thing was destroyed. The only way to restore the computer was to format and reinstall everything. Of course when it crashed I could not save anything on the hard drive. Now I have a license that I have purchased and no way to retrieve the information. Now what do I do? Gosh, it isn't even paid for yet and now I can't even use it. Please let me know what I can do to restore Jukebox so that what I paid for will work!
