Title: Play from Beggining or Where Last Stopped?

I'm noticing random positions where the DVD plays from... is there a way to set this?  In PowerDVD you have the options of playing from either where the movie was last stopped or from the beggining.... does this functionality exist in your software?

There is a bookmark TAG for video. If it is on it will start from last position, if off it will start from the beginning. If the bookmark is on and you press stop twice it will clear the bookmark position.

Thats what I know about it.
