Hi,
I can't get it right. When I use the MCWS PlayByKey method of the service for a Photo sometimes MC shows the first Photo full screen, the secont is shown in Normal Mode, the third in Full Screen, etc...
I don't have an option in the PlayByKey to switch to full screen.
I've tried to find out under which conditions this happen since it doesn't always happen. When it happens and I restart MC (Close it and start it again) this problem is gone (until it happens again of course).

Hi all,
Is there anyone that give me some feedback here?

Hi All,
If I do the following steps:
- Switch to Display Mode
- Switch to Theatre Mode
- Display an image using the PlayByKey
Then for each next display the mode switches from Display to Theatre Mode and vice versa. Seems like a MC problem to me.

In a coming build:
Fixed: When image or video playback was started while in Display View (from a script, SDK, etc.) the display could unexpectedly jump out of Display View.

Hi Matt,
Thanks for the feedback.

Hi Matt,
I see you've made a fix in version 16.0.145 but it didn't solve the problem (I am at 16.0.149 now). View still alternates between Display and Standard. I sent Jim a little movie that shows my problem.

This got complicated because you're playing audio while showing images. This creates a hidden image playback zone. A user could never issue another play while the hidden image zone was active, but it's possible with a remote.
Anyway, next build:
Fixed: Issuing an image playback command from the web service while audio was playing and images were already showing could cause the view mode to toggle.

Hi Matt,
Thanks for the quick fix. I'll test this.

Hi Matt,
Just tested this, works like a charm. I'll test this a bit more rigorous in the near future but my first impression is ok.

Hi Matt,
I take it back. The problem still exists. Could you take a look at it once more?
