Title: Stuttering Audio?
Post by: rmiller66 on July 07, 2011, 10:00:38 pm
Has anyone figured out how to stream mkv files and have them play through without excessive audio stuttering?

This MAY (and likely is) an ffmpeg issue, but is there a fix?

Is there a combination of settings that will allow me to stream these files properly to my Sony BD series Blu-ray players via DLNA?

Please respond, this is the ONLY reason I chose JRiver's Media Center as I do not watch anything on the PC

Thanks!

Rick

Try reducing the buffering in Options > Audio > Ouptut mode settings.  Try 0.10 seconds for example.

Sorry. I failed to mention this is ONLY through a DLNA server to a SONY Blu-Ray device.

Thanks,
