Title: I'm not happy.

I'm starting to wonder if this was a good idea.
It took my cc alright without any problems, but now when I try to license this thing, I constantly get "Error Installing Media Jukebox License: Failed Opening License File" I also received 2 emails with 2 different restoration codes. I only pushed submit once. Has my cc been charged twice. Why the hell can't I license this darn thing?

They're having problems right now ith the Interact server. I don't know if it's related to your problem but it might be.

Not a good start. I'm very concerned about the double email with 2 different restore codes. I may be screwed since I just realized I had the Beta8 version. Does anyone official normally come to this board? I will say the 8 version looks a lot better.

Everything will get straightened out. They come to the board every day but they're most likely working on the server right now.

khaos100 - yes the card was charged twice - is there a possibility that you double clicked instead of clicked or something similar? I reset the second charge, so you'll only be billed once. You'll have to go to the restore page and enter your email address to find out which of the two codes is still valid.

For the error installing: which version of MJ8 (help->about etc).

Thanks. I uninstalled it since I realized it was a Beta and you only offered 7.2 for a download to purchase and I couldn't get the 8 to register. Will this affect the retore key since I purchased it via the 8 Beta and now have your full 7.2 version instead? Will 8 be available soon? Sorry for the mess on my end. I guess I should of visited the site first.  It's been one of those days.  Everything I've been touching has been blowing up.

khaos100 - I don't work for JRiver but I recommend that you go with v.8.0.285. It is close to being the released version, very stable, plus your v.8 license will work fine with it. v.7 will not run after the trial period with your v.8 license.

MJ8 Is Better Than MJ7, For Sure.
