Title: Player stuck in fullscreen

My player is constantly getting "stuck" in fullscreen exclusive mode when watching videos. It usually takes a CTRL+ALT+DEL to return to windowed mode and then said window is huge (not maximized; à la resized by dragging). Pretty annoying.

Wondering if anyone else was getting this bug before I start investigating it proper. 'Cause it could just be a problem on my end  ;D

What happens if you click on the screen with a mouse (to be sure it's in focus)?

Nothing.

The bug seems to happen when something makes madVR leave exclusive mode. The video freezes (audio continues) and, while everything that should be there (seek bar, controls, etc.) is interact-able, I can't see any of it because the frozen video is "stuck" to the screen. Nothing short of Ctrl+Alt+Del will give control of the monitor back to the DWM.
