Title: Should copy text from web page inside MC work?

Sometimes I want to tag a field with text found on a web page. If I copy text from Internet Explorer outside MC, this works fine. If I do the same from a web page inside MC, the clipboard seems to be empty.

Do you know why?

I have the same problem ?

I use it for the same reason you do.

Yeah... There's been a thread going for a bit on the beta board about this.

I have MC set to use an external browser for links in basically all cases (Firefox has all my zoom levels set right for my HTPC, so that's easier), so I haven't personally seen this.  You may want to try setting it that way anyway... It is easier to copy/paste from an external browser anyway if you're updating tagging info.

Edit the links (right click in the link area and choose Manage Links) and set them to open in an External Browser as the action.
