Title: Will the year 2003 come to this for JimH
Post by: Ilmar on May 28, 2002, 02:28:46 pm
Hi

With the best music player for the PC platform, Media Jukebox is facing down the Dept of Justice for tightly integrating sooooo many cool features in their media platform.

Microsoft say they can't get a look in with their database applications for multimedia cataloging and their Media Player is all but consigned to the Smithsonian.

Roxio and Ahead file for Chapter XI as no-one needs their software for music CDs anymore and cite MJ for unfair competition...

JimH who spends half his time in Paris, and the rest on the international space station was not available for comment... but sent this message..

Listening to: 'Failure Is Not An Option (Spoken By Ed Harris)' from 'Apollo 13' by 'James Horner' on Media Jukebox

Well maybe...

If I'm going to get a pie in the face every time I speak, I don't want any part of this.

Jim may have to defeat the Evil Empire before retiring to France.

Looks like Microsoft might be building Jukebox functionality into their Xbox.
