There's a wonderful burger place near our house.  Our favorite is the outstanding California burger.

- 1/2 lb Angus beef (fire grilled)
- Avocado
- Garlic-roasted red bell peppers.
- House-made red bell pepper sauce
- Choice of cheese (Jack, Swiss, Cheddar, etc.)
- Onion (optional)
- excellent Sesame bun

It is never easy to eat, as everything on it is essentially lubricant.  Keeping it in check is half the fun.
