Our Internet went out for a few minutes last night. When it came back Media Center 16 wouldn't access the the Netflix Instant Queue anymore. When selected the screen just remains blank. Search, recommend and browse all work fine, just the queue is gone.
I deleted the account info in MC options and re-entered it but no luck. Any suggestions?

Does it work from a browser?

Yes browser support is fine. Just sooooooooo much lamer after you've used it inside JRiver...

Then try again in MC and wait a long time. The queue takes a while sometimes.

I thought that might be the case so I left it all running last night when I went to bed. Still no luck...

Maybe something to do with the cookie? Try logging out and back in on your browser session.
Each machine is authorized by Netflix, so you might try their support.

Logging out of and back into the browser session did the trick! Thanks so much!
Now if I could just get MC16 to stop showing me pictures of that awful Selena Gomez when I play a Gomez (the band... you know with actual musicians :) album.
