Rib Eye Marsala With Home Made Egg Noodles

I Had some Marsala Wine And Home Made Noodles Left So I Wanted To See If It Tasted Good On A Steak.

Here It Is, What Do You Think?

That looks almost like the beef bourguignon over German egg noodles my wife made on Saturday.

That looks almost like the beef bourguignon over German egg noodles my wife made on Saturday.

I was going to make spaetzle, I do have A spaetzle press.

I think you could skip school.  Just buy a lunch wagon and plan a route.  You've been to school.

Beef Bourguignon Has Cubed Beef, No Marsala Wine...

Beef Bourguignon Does Sound Good However
