Title: Album won't properly be sorted in track order

Hi guys:

I have an album by Agoraphobic Nosebleed called "Bestial Machinery" that's 136 tracks long.

I put correct track numbers for all the tracks, but when I arrange it by track number, it skips from 76, to 91, to 101, and then back to 77 (and then continues on to 136).

All other pertinent information, such as album title, folder, and artist, is all the same. I made sure of it.

Why won't they be put in order?

Are you saying that when you Play the album, the Playing Now track order is incorrect?

Actually, it's the way it's sorted in the library.

What are the sort fields of the view (panes or file display)?

Group By is "None"

It's sorted in the following order:
Artist
Album
Track
Comment

Like I said before, artist and album are definitely all the same, as evidenced by:

The odd sorting is probably caused by the disc numbers. The disc number field affects track number based sorting.

The CD has two discs. The first disc has 76 tracks and the second disc has 60 tracks: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bestial_Machinery_(Discography_Volume_1) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bestial_Machinery_(Discography_Volume_1))

I'd guess that the tracks 77-136 are tagged with the disc number 2, except the tracks 91 and 101, which have either no disc number or the number 1.
If my guess is correct you can (pick your choice):

- tag the tracks 91 and 101 as "disc 2"
- tag the tracks 91 and 101 as "disc 2" and in addition renumber the "disc 2" files from 1 to 60. For this you can use the "Fill Track Numbers From List Order" library tool.
- remove all disc numbers
- tag all files as "disc 1"
