May I please ask what the purpose of these tags are...

I did not find them in the Wiki...

This is the URL of an MC-downloaded web file; try downloaded some video, say, from Video > Connected Media > Youtube and you'll see the URL refers back to said video.

In a download via Scheduler, the value may be "Recorded Media" or "Recording...".

Don't know what causes the others to be filled in.
