Title: automatic update setting is gone

I seem to have lost the setting that allows to turn on or off the udpates.  It is not in the Startup or General sections of the options!  I am now running the latest .149.

Please advise.

Options > Startup > Update Channels  (just search Updates in Options dialog, upper right)

Help > Update Channels
