Title: Error on install Key on reinstall

Trying to install Mediaplayer 16 which I paid for. I keep getting error Error restoring MP Encoder licence. Looked for help and was directed here can anyone hewlp please ?

It looks like you have a license for Media Center 16.

Download Media Center 16 from the link above and install it.

The restore your license.
