Title: Upgrade to 16 won't install from license file

Can someone help me?

I have dutifully purchased upgrades to all versions.  Do I have install an earlier version and THEN install 16 to get license file to work?

It just says "Unknown  error" when I try to use license file.

The Purchase link above has a lot of useful information, but maybe you're trying to use an Install Key after it has expired.  It's only good for 14 days.  After that, you need to use your Registration Code and enter it on the Restore Page.

I'm assuming that you do have an MC16 license.  If not, please provide details (but not your license).
