Title: zirum: Theater View customization issue

Bug (Major): Two categories cin theater view annot be given equal names, doing so will cause loss of one of the categories sub items.

Explanation: I named two categories (sub of audio and video) Local content, which had the effect that all items below video/local content was replaced by content from Audio/Local content. Trying to rename back, simply renamed both equally named items.

Could you provide a step-by-step to reproduce this?  If it would help, email a library backup to matt at jriver dot com so that I can start from the same point as you.

Did some more testing to get you a way to reproduce, and it is as simple as naming two theater view library items with the same name. Click ok to store changes and reopen Options. All following items with same name is now a duplicate of the first library item with than name. If you edit name on it, you notice that all items update the name as well.

Coming in 16.0.159 (and later):
Fixed: Naming two Theater View library items the same could cause problems.
