Title: Can't back up JRSidecar files

Hi

My back up software always fails to copy the JRSidecar files.
They seem to be locked down somehow.
The account I use to run the back up is a win7 admin account.
When viewed in explorer the files have a closed padlock icon.
Any suggestions?

What are the permissions of the files?  Right click the file, Properties > Security, and check each user's access.

Mine are readable by all typical users: Authenticated Users, SYSTEM, Administrators, and Users.
