Title: Program memory area update failure

I received this error message (program memory area update failure) while burning hd tv episodes to video dvd.
Anyone know what it means? How do I avoid it?
I thought maybe JRiver was running out of memory on my pc for performing the format conversion from hard drive to dvd.

DVD video burning is a new feature that was just added.  I believe that message corresponds to a SCSI error when burning.

Maybe the converted video was too large to fit on the disc?

The DVD burning expert at JRiver is on vacation, but will be back next week.  Hopefully he'll know more.
