Title: MC16 shuts down when trying to play mkv

I am new to JRiver, so really don't know where to start troubleshooting.  I am using latest build, programmed Red October HQ with additional filters (LAV splitter, LAV audio, LAV video, MadVR).  When I try to play a movie MC16 shuts down.  Tried various Video/Audio settings without success.  I'd like purchase this program, but need help getting it to work out of the box first. Really surprised it simply does not work with default settings.  Just as an FYI, I have been using media portal with MPC-HC with the filters listed above, and do not have any issues playing any of my MKV's. Suggestions?

Please test Red October Standard.  Does it work?
