Title: Can't enable dlna on J River

Have followed instructions, but I click Tools > Options but can't find Media Network on the left hand side of the new window which opens after clicking Options.
What am I doing wrong?

Upgrade to the latest Media Center 16.

Reenable any features you turned off in Options > General > Features.

Yes I already have the latest version (media jukebox, free version) 1 hour ago. I haven't changed any features or options whatsoever.

Media Jukebox is not the same as Media Center.  You'll need MC16:
