Today I Am Making 10 Gallons Of Chicken Stock

It Takes 4 Hours, I Normally Freeze It In Vacuum Bags I Make With My Vacuum Bag Sealer.

I am making a Calzone For Dinner.

I also put some beef in a 4 day marinade to make Sauerbraten (I never made it before so not sure what to expect)
