Title: Trying to reinstall license

I reinstalled 16 tried to install license and it will not download in ie9. Almost out of restores. Could someone offer some advice that will fix this problem.

Are you trying to install a new license?  Or restore an old one?

What does IE9 say?

Don't worry about restores.  We can reset them.
