Title: Internet Explorer?

Does MC need IE to run / work?  Is it safe to remove this program from windows and install Safari.  My stations are just for music.  Any thoughts?

Make sure that you have Chromium selected as the internal Web Browser (Tools > Options > Tree & View > Web Browser) and you should be okay. (I have not tested this, but see no issues.)  The installation of Safari won't affect MC in any way. MC either uses the IE engine (installed with Windows) or else a custom build of Chromium (which installs with MC).
