Never thought of eating "Pork Jowl's" but when i was at the store yesterday morning I seen a pack of "Pork Jowl bacon" so i picked it up.
I fried it up, It's a bit salty but i think it would be good for pea soup (one of my favorite soups).
I used it yesterday for the Coq Au Vin Blanc
