Title: Playing With Play Doctor... questions/help needed

I've recently played with play doctor, How can i set it up to play music thats similiar?
GF wanted to hear music in my library similar to Marilyn Manson. so that would be dope, rob zombie, ozzy,(basically hard metal/halloween type music)
in the search of play doctor i typed in Marilyn Manson, rob zombie, tool, dope, ozzy, chose play but none of those artists were in playlist, and allot of rap, dance music etc was in list... suggestions please?
Am i using it wrong?

Just type one artist.  "Ozzy" for example.

Good genre and rating information helps but is not necessary.

i tried just one artistS name, but for keywords i only removed christmas/audio books/movies/images. maybe i just need to select rock/metal?
when you say rating information helps.. are you referring to 5 star ratings?
