Title: Buffer Settings

The new version of Gizmo does a great job of streaming video to my mobile devices. However, I find that over 3G or a slower wifi connection the video pauses every few seconds. I searched everywhere for a buffer setting but can't seem to find it. Is there a setting that I can't locate or is there a way to increase the buffer for video playback? I even tried to pause the video in an effort to allow a buffer to build but it didn't seem to work. FYI, I am converting to the MP4 Best for mobile phones video setting.
