Title: New option for "Seeking"

It would be very desirable to add a new option to "Seeking" during playback, to enable "Silent" seeking. I mean pausing playback while dragging the track position slider. Some players only have this kind of behaviour, so do the VCR's: in my opinion it's less confusing.
