I have a wave file that is a whole album with a cue sheet. The file plays perfectly but I can not convert it. When I try to convert to Flac or Mp3, MC fails to convert and says to make sure the file exists or is a suitable format. But, like I said, it plays fine. If I try to convert to Ape MC will crash.
Second question: How do I submit a log file if I use a cloud based email (Gmail)? When I tell MC to email the log file it complains that I don't have an email client set up (which is true, I don't). There should be a message stating where the log file resides and an email address to mail it to. I found the log file but I still don't know where to send it to.
Edit: I see the problem now. I found out that the wav is a DTS Wav.
