Can Media Centre 15 manage BBC radio stream

I listed the question below a couple of months ago but haven't had a reply so will try again.
I have been using Media center 15 quite successfully to stream WAV files to my PerfectWave DAC/Bridge combination. I have also successfully added a number of radio stations to the media centre playlist and these stream to the DAC/Bridge very well. However with some radiostations (eg BBC) it doesnt seem to work. Any suggestions?
I would also like to input an analogue signal (eg turntable/preamp output through to my Audiocard (MAudio Audiophile 2496) - have the audio card convert the anaogue to a 24/96 stream and then have JR Media Center output the stream to my DAC/Bridge combination (all on the fly) - is this possible??
Any advice would be much appreciated
