Title: Streaming problem with Unitique
Post by: grasshopper1234 on October 07, 2011, 06:26:46 am
When the Unitiqute connects with MC, it will show that there is a streaming even though no music is selectd to play on the client.  The playback message shown is "0 of 0" and the playback progress bar will move to about 4 secs and then revert back to play again.  This playback cannot be stopped.

What version of MC do you have?

The DLNA server has many settings.  Try DLNA Extra, for example.

I am using 16.0.179..

Tried enabling DLNA Extra but its still the same...

There is a file length shown during this "ghost" playback.. 3:54.

Try other options.  It's impossible to tell you what to do since we don't have the device.

Hi Jim,
I tried most other options but it's still the same.

I run my copy of MC16 from my notebook and the same problem persists.  Didn't experience this before when I first
installed the MC about 2 months back.  Is it possible to use an older version without the mandatory update?

Thanks

Are you pushing to it from MC or pulling from MC on the renderer?

Try removing the DLNA server(s) and re-adding one using the Generic DLNA template.
If that doesn't work, go to advanced and pick only the DLNAExtra option.
