Title: Maintain Expanded Tree Folders (Playlists, Audio, Drives & Devices, etc.)

Is there a way to maintain keeping the tree folders open? I want to keep open/expanded the "Playlists", "Drives & Devices", and "Audio" as always expanded, until I click to close the parent folder. Does this functionality already exist, I haven't been able to find the configuration setting location. Thanks!
