Title: No thumbnail for RMVB

Thumbnail can't be generated for RMVB files. But there is no problem for other types of files. Any idea?

Version: Latest 16.x

I had this problem way back before I abandoned the format. Fiddling with the renderer or filters did the trick but it was a hassle.
