Title: unlock MJ 8 RC with MJ 7.2 rrg file

I wiped off my computer and am in the middle of reinstalling programs. I installed the RC version of MJ. I go to restore  and select from RRG file. It then says that I must register online and opens up a web browser to the restore page. I was never given a registration code, and I never had to register online when I bought 7.2. I've looked through the FAQs but was unable to find anything about restoring MJ 8 with a 7.2 license. Any help would be appreciated.

dremo

install 7.2, register by loading rrg file.

then upgrade to mj8

I tried that but when I try to restore in 7.2 I get an error saying it cannot determine version from the rrg file. I've had previous troubles with my rrg file being corrupted. I sent it to John T. and he sent back fixed rrg file, but I can't restore to 7.2. the older 8 I could, but now I'm stuck. any more ideas??

Jim,
  Thanks. I forgot about the file name had to be MediaJukebox7.rrg. I got it to work and was able to upgrade to the 8 RC. thanks for the help
