Well today I am cooking "Black Bear Of The Black Forest Natural Casing Beef Franks". I am going to put them On crispy oven baked french bread. Onions, German mustard (not cheep, like $7 a bottle), and sauerkraut (Sue did not want any chili on it).

Oh, that's what my mom was making with Pork... I never realized...
One of her best dishes...

Jagerschnitzel and Schnitzel ala' Holstein are excellent as well.
