Title: Chinese Beef Pepper Steak
Post by: KingSparta on October 14, 2011, 04:48:49 pm
I just love stir fry I used to order take-A-way but I figured it was just as easy to make it my self instead of driving for 30 mins to the restaurant, waiting in line, and then driving back home with cold take-A-way. This is my version of Chinese pepper steak one of my favorite Chinese dishes.

Tomorrow I will be making Eastern North Carolina Pulled Pork Barbecue, this is not your normal barbecue, this sauce is based mostly on white and apple cider vinegar. This is a regional recipe and not normally found out side of Eastern North Carolina.

This is the only barbecue my wife will eat.
