Hello,
One audio feature that I think would be very useful would be the ability to change DSP settings on server zones from client computers. I use a setup where the HTPC/Stereo PC is out of reach from the couch, but have Gizmo and a netbook handy for remotes. I'd love to be able to adjust Bass/Treble in real time as I listen, or tweak virtual subwoofer and parametric EQ settings.
Thanks for your time!
Phil

This is an interesting idea.
Since you can control a remote zone, it would be logical for DSP Studio to tunnel changes back to the server.
However, technically this would be kind of a big change. It might slip-stream nicely with creating DSP Profiles that could be set per file, or per media type, or shared, or whatever, so this would be an interesting idea to explore in the future.

Great idea, Matt...if I follow you correctly, this could potentially enable setups where the virtual subwoofer kicks in whenever a DVD/BluRay is played, then switches back to "bit-perfect" output for flac files, or volume leveled for mp3/4s. This would be a very cool use of the DSP options!
Look forward to see how this develops in the future, thanks again.
